Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery on eligible items in new, unused, uncut condition with all original tags attached and in original promotional packaging — and free of pet hair, odors, and evidence of life. (We adore your pets. Your return just shouldn’t show it.) Custom premade arrangements and floral bundles are final sale.
