What is the True Bloom Floral return policy?
Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery on eligible items. Items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • New and unused condition
  • All original tags intact
  • Uncut stems
  • Original packaging included
  • Free of pet hair, odors, or signs of use

Items that have been styled, trimmed, or altered are not eligible for return.


What items are final sale?
The following items are final sale:

  • Custom premade arrangements
  • Floral bundles

Exceptions are made if items arrive damaged.


How do I initiate a return?
Contact True Bloom Floral through the Contact page within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.

Do not send items back without authorization, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.


Does True Bloom Floral offer exchanges?
No exchanges are offered. If needed, initiate a return and place a new order.


Are shipping costs refunded on returns?
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

A $14.99 return processing fee is deducted from your refund. This covers return shipping, inspection, and restocking.


How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are initiated within 10 business days after the return is received and approved.

After processing, it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.


What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • A photo of the damaged item
  • A photo of the packaging

Please keep all packaging until the issue is resolved. We will handle the carrier claim and ensure you are taken care of.
