Where do True Bloom Floral orders ship from?
All orders are fulfilled from our facility in the United States. Every order is packed with care before it leaves us, because what arrives at your door reflects what we stand for.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Most orders ship within 5 business days of order confirmation. During peak seasons, processing may extend to 7 business days.
Custom premade arrangements are handcrafted to order and ship within 2–3 weeks. Preorder items ship on their own timeline, which is clearly noted in the product listing.
How does True Bloom Floral ship?
All orders ship via standard ground shipping. We keep it simple — one clear option, no tiers, no surprises at checkout.
What are the shipping rates?
- Standard shipping: $12.99 on all orders
- Complimentary shipping on orders of $185 or more
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies.
When will my order arrive after it ships?
Transit times vary based on location and carrier. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with the most accurate delivery estimate.
True Bloom Floral is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or transit issues once the order has shipped. We recommend ordering ahead whenever possible to avoid timing stress.
What happens once my order is marked as delivered?
Once a package is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the carrier. If you can’t locate your package, we recommend:
- Checking around your home (porch, side door, garage, behind furniture)
- Asking neighbors in case of misdelivery
- Looking for a delivery notice
- Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as processing begins immediately. We encourage reviewing your order carefully before completing checkout.
Does True Bloom Floral ship outside the contiguous United States?
At this time, shipping is available within the contiguous United States only. Orders are not shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
Returns
What is the True Bloom Floral return policy?
Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery on eligible items. Items must meet all of the following conditions:
- New and unused condition
- All original tags intact
- Uncut stems
- Original packaging included
- Free of pet hair, odors, or signs of use
Items that have been styled, trimmed, or altered are not eligible for return.
What items are final sale?
The following items are final sale:
- Custom premade arrangements
- Floral bundles
Exceptions are made if items arrive damaged.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact True Bloom Floral through the Contact page within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.
Do not send items back without authorization, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Does True Bloom Floral offer exchanges?
No exchanges are offered. If needed, initiate a return and place a new order.
Are shipping costs refunded on returns?
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
A $14.99 return processing fee is deducted from your refund. This covers return shipping, inspection, and restocking.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are initiated within 10 business days after the return is received and approved.
After processing, it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Please include:
- A photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the packaging
Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved. We will handle the carrier claim and ensure you are taken care of.
